I am writing to thank you for repairing our air conditioning so quickly. It took less than two hours from our phone call to the arrival of the repairman. He was very thorough. We recently had our water heater replaced because our old one sprung a leak. I called Service Energy at about 8:00 a.m., and the job was finished by 3:00 p.m. The process couldn’t have been easier. The salesman spoke with me on the phone and helped me pick a new model. He asked a lot of questions and wound up recommending a smaller tank than what we had because the old one was actually more than we needed. That saved us some money, which was a nice surprise. We spoke on the phone last Friday, but I wanted to follow up with a letter that you can share with everyone there. We discovered at 10:00 on Wednesday night that our heat had gone out. We called your office right away and got a call right back from a serviceman.
We talked on the phone first while I tried the thermostat, the emergency switch, etc. It didn’t help, and he drove over. He was there in 10 minutes and he fixed the heat in about 30 minutes.
We have been customers for 13 years and we have always liked the company, but this was the first time we ever needed emergency service. The experience had a very happy ending. Your technician was very friendly and competent. He is a credit to your company. It’s great knowing that you’re there when we need you.Many thanks again!

I am writing to you because my wife and I are completely impressed with the work that the Service Energy guys did in our house this week when they installed our new furnace. They were polite and worked hard and the whole area around the furnace is much, much neater. The Carrier furnace is much quieter than our old clanker. We are looking forward to the improved efficiency. I don’t think there will be any more breakdowns. Service Energy has always treated us well so we’re not surprised, but we like to say “Thank you” when a job is so well done.

I want to let you know what an excellent job your team did replacing our boiler. They took away our old one and replaced it with a new one that is located across the basement from the old one. I did not watch them “in action” but it must have been quite a production getting the old boiler out through our narrow basement door. I do not know the names of the workers, but please commend them for their excellent work. The piping is like artwork. Very professional!

Please commend the technician who came to our home at 10 o’clock on Wednesday night when our furnace stopped working. He got here quickly and he worked hard for more than an hour until the heat was back on.
He recommended that we consider replacing the unit, which must be 30 years old. It broke down last winter too, so I guess the time has come. Please call me this week to discuss. The best time to reach me is Tuesday through Thursday in the morning after 9 o’clock.Sincerely,

We didn’t have to wait long for your repairman, and he figured out the problem right away. It was a clog in the oil filter. He replaced that and got the system started right up. Your company recently installed a gas fireplace in our family room, and I want to thank your men for being so neat and professional. They were very careful to place cloths in the work area that kept the carpet from getting smudged. They clearly knew what they were doing every step of the way, and it shows. The fireplace looks like it came with the house!
